      Claire was very helpful with getting a joint checking and savings account setup for my wife and I. It was a busy day Friday before Labor Day weekend yet she took time out of her busy day and skipped lunch to help us call and do all of the verification processes with three separate Capital One representatives on the phone to help us start to finish on the account setups. I would highly recommend this branch and Claire for all banking needs!

      It's amazing that their 24 hr ATMs are always having problems. They never have enough tellers so it's a problem.

      They need to have an extra teller on Thursday I only see one teller taking an entire line of customer.
