      Never had a problem at this location or in general. Employees here are always helpful and honest. Capital one bank is also so easy to use online and doesn’t charge fees for every little thing like some other banks I’ve used. Been using capital one for more than a decade and have never been unhappy with them.

      I stopped in to open a new account and make some changes on a couple of my other savings accounts. The bank was empty. The girl behind the desk told me to come to the teller window so she could help me. I explained I had the baby stroller and since I wanted to talk about several accounts she turned me away and said I needed an appointment. Did I mention the bank was empty? I am currently on my way to chase bank to open an account and will be moving ALL my funds out of capital one. Thanks for nothing
