      One of worst bank, worst customer service I’ve ever visited. None of Their employees are able to solve any problems related account. I’d suggest avoid this branch. Very unprofessional.

      Bad customer service. No employee is on platform . Managers sitting on his office door closed. Lot of people waiting, no place to sit and wait. I came to add my daughter to my account, I was told I couldn’t. No other option was given to me but to close my a/c And take money to any other bank. I approached the manager, he appeared uninterested in resolving the problem.
