      After being a Chase customer for almost 20 years, Capital One has made them look bad. Let's see, the biggest Chase in town? One walk up ATM, outside. One more weird one inside, by itself. And one, to drive up to. All of that as of 2018 or so. Can't be sure it's still like that but anyway... This Capital One, which isn't even the biggest. Or, I don't think it is. Has two whole lanes outside with two ATMs, EACH! And I think... 4 ATMs in the inside area. It might be 2 but it's been so long I can't be sure. That's probably because, for withdrawing money, there are certain regular ATMs around town you can use without paying ANY fees, if you are withdrawing from a Capital One account. Also, at least once or twice a month, Chase's only drive up for after hours ATM, would not be working. I haven't had that problem here yet.

      There needs to be an option for zero stars. I banked here for many years. Last year they pulled the plug on customer service. Everything went online. My card was due to expire January 2021. The day after Christmas, capital one deactivated my old card before a new one arrived. I called over a dozen times and never spoke with the same person twice. After two weeks of no card access, I withdrew my money and shut down the account. I went down the road to a smaller community bank, and REAL humans greeted me, opened an account and printed a card right on the spot. Capital one should be ashamed of themselves for failing to care for their customers. For laughs, I'm still waiting on the card that they say was mailed back in December. It's now the end of January as I write this.
