      Quality reputable bank for all your normal banking needs. Too few locations for such a huge chain though. Fees are standard and most regulatory set. Nothing special, yet no real complaints, bland and blah blah... Wake up America! Woop woop

      Capital One Bank did not earn a single star but zero and fractional stars cannot be awarded so I am stuck awarding a single star. My rating would be zero stars if that was allowed. All national banks are terrible, but this is probably the worst one in this town. And it starts at the top, as the alleged manager Renee Richard is one of the worst bank employees I have had the misfortune of dealing with in decades. Their behavior indicates that they do not want to have any deposit customers, an odd strategy for a depositary institution. If you would like to have customer service from your bank, you will never, ever get it from this branch or from this bank. You must absolutely avoid Capital One Bank at all costs. I do. Always will.
