      Fantastic lending team. These reviews seems to be for the CORAL SPRINGS Location only. This is misleading as there are dozens of CPM locations throughout South Florida and in fact they were awarded Lender of the Year by South Florida Agent Magazine. These reviews give the wrong impression of the other locations which are superb from Boca Raton to Boynton Beach to West Palm to Jupiter and Tequesta to Port St Lucie.

      I help a lot of people everyday, but never treated one of them like Donna Johnson did to me. You have to be careful I sent all my tax return and other documents and never get back to me with an answer. Also, she wanted me to use her realtor, I do not know why, but of course I refused to do it!

      Do not trust this company they are predatory loan sharks and prey on first time home owners... jeff metzeti is a scam artist. Took out a 2nd mortgage on the home and told us it was a grant for our home we wouldnt have to pay, and pocketed all the money. Our mortgage went from 1800 to over 5,000 a month forcing us to sell our home!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND!!!
