I really do like this pawn shop. it's definitely one of the better ones. But they say they will pawn anything even a tank. That's not true because I own heavy equipment and called to ask if I could pawn the keys. Much to my surprise they do not let you do that. I have no hard feelings but I feel they need to retract the statement. They will not pawn anything. They might let you pawn a tank but the keys that you need to start it which are more valuable. they will not.

I've called here multiple times, gotten estimates for items I have, now they have changed the rules and cannot give estimates over the phone. However the lady who I was speaking with on the phone was flirting and messing around with someone while I was trying to ask questions. I've brought an item in and got a good price for it, but when I went in nobody wanted to help me, literally everyone standing around laughing and flirting with each other while I stood at the counter waiting. Doesn't scream professionalism to me.
