      I have been living at a property managed by Capital Rental for almost 3 years. During that time I have not had a single bad experience with Greg, Kim, or anyone else at their office. Any issue I have had at my place has been taken care of quickly and completely. Every time I have called their office (during work hours) they answer and if it's outside regular hours I always get a call back the following day. Greg was very flexible with me originally moving in as well as everything since then. I have lived in a few places in Miami with "difficult" landlords and it is refreshing to live in a place managed by a pleasant and easy to deal with company.

      THE WORST PLACE TO EVER RENT FROM!!!! The building inside and out is completely filthy!! I had to call the office so many times due to my floors was breaking so bad that you could see the grout!! It took them about a year to fix it and the guy that is ahead of maintenance told me that the office never gotten a call from me and I called SEVERAL times!!! WORST PLACE TO EVER BE!!!
