Capital Title of Texas did not secure closing funds on or before the day of closing. I have never sold a property without getting paid on the same day of closing. Close was set for Wednesday the 16th, today is the 22nd. Capital Title of Texas did waist my time, having me sign all documents on the 16th. I still do not have the funds in my bank. Enjoy waiting on your cash when using this title company. All closing procedures were completed by the 8th, absolutely no reason to not have the funds secured in time. This was a cash sell with funds from a local IRA management service.
