There was no one at the front desk upon arrival. My self and another client whom arrived after me both stood waiting for 5 minutes while hearing employees talking down the hall. I reopened the door to signal the chime multiple times to try to gain attention. No one ever came. Eventually I had to walk down the hall and ask for assistance. No apologies were given. An employee came to the front and still only acknowledged myself and not the other client waiting. Very disappointing experience compared to all other title companies I’ve worked with in the past.
