      This branch of Capital Title is the absolute worst title office my company and I have ever worked with. This office is not investment friendly at all. My company and I had an investment style transaction opened here and were planning to close last week. This office was unfamiliar with a specific type of investment transaction called an Assignment of Contract. Instead of calling my office and our title processor to explain that they did not provide this type of service, they instead called the seller of our file and insinuated that we were performing some type of unlawful transaction which is 100% incorrect. I have closed over 300 transactions via Assignment of Contact in my career, and have never had an issue like this until now. Now my client (the seller) is questioning my integrity and does not want to proceed with the sale simply because of this title companies ignorance and lack of professionalism. I advise all Investors to stay away from this branch of Capital Title & Claudia.
