This company dropped the ball twice on our home mortgage. First, we nearly missed closing because they couldn’t find the survey, and the sellers agent had to make a special call to get someone to do their jobs. Second, they “forgot” to send the home warranty information to the lender during closing. They had all the paperwork available with ample time. So while we thought we were covered; it was never paid for. Our realtor was gracious enough to cover half and make it right for us.
