      Trust the reviews! The only reason we used this title company was because the seller requested this title company BUY turns out the shady realtor he hired was one who wanted to use the title company because her friend works there. Unprofessional, not organized, rude, would not answer phone calls, would not work with our realtor on rescheduling when we had delays due to her realtor friends inadequate work. If that was bed enough when we closing Melinda was going through the paperwork, she was clearly sick and coughing all over with no mask and then she was licking her fingers in order to get a grip on the paper🤢🤢🤢 she did this on almost every single paper!!! Melinda if you read this please go invest in fingertip moistener.

      Melinda was everything except helpfull. After weeks, literally, weeks, we finally signed on a Tuesday, then on Friday she said we did a mistake and that we had to sign again a day before. Lier!! If you want things to happen, please do not choose this company. Extremely poor customer service.
