      This title company has sold a property with a lien on it and proceeded to close the sale without taking care of the lien. This file was stated 11/19/20 and just completed on unethical transaction on 1/25/21 after very poor communication. Customer beware of there inability to respond to emails or text, close a legal transaction, and con people into paperwork that cause them to lose money. I highly recommend using a company that closes legal transactions. Completely floored right now at there behavior through this.
