      Unorganized staff and not on top of it by any means -- have made it incredibly hard for us to action on our renovation loan. Wouldn't recommend Capital Title.

      I find it interesting that the 2 negative reviews (including this one) come from the actual client, while the positive reviews seem to be from realtors. My issue is with the San Marcos office. The break down of communication at the end of the process caused a delay of more than 24 hours in receiving the keys to the new house. I was also charged $150 for services by the SM office that the Fort Worth office provided for no charge. If it wasn't for Cheryl (FW office) providing an excellent close, I would have been out another $150.
