      I worked with Susan Carlock to handle my refi closing. It had been a rough week dealing with the mortgage company. They would tell me one thing then not do what they said. By time I came to closing I was fed up with the whole process and ready to walk away without closing. Susan came into the conference room, allowed me to vent to her my frustration and then put me at ease about the closing. She helped me through it all, I was closing with a POA for my husband because they could not close when he was in town. This process took a lot longer than usual.
