      HORRIBLE customer service experience. I called to make an over the phone payment on Saturday and whoever answered the phone, not sure who it was because they never said their name OR the company they work for, she was very rude and nasty to me and said I can't make an over the phone payment. (After I just talked to someone Friday evening who gave me approval to call Saturday and pay over the phone) I will NEVER do business with this company again, ever. 1 out of 5 starts for sure.
