  I like this bank, but am upset because if I want/need to get more than $500.00 out of the bank in a day, I have to drive all the way to a main branch, which is way out of the way for me. I found out today (Saturday) that they are only open to noon. This is a major problem for me, because now I will have to take off time from work to take care of something I could have done this Weekend. 08/22/20, While I appreciate the fact you responded, your response avoided the central issue. I needed cash for a purchase that was over the $500.00 atm limit per day. I know that limit is there for a reason, the fact that you are closing at noon was the central issue. Why noon on a Saturday? It is really the only day I can get some things done. Ahh Covid. 06/24/22, I will say this. Yes I have had a problem or two over the years, but they have always done a great job of fixing any problems I have had. I have had an offer or two by other banks to try their bank. One thing I know is when you find a good bank, stick with them. This is a good bank.

  I am a customer and have been for years. They offer me no customer service once they receive my money. They treat me like they don't know me and could care less about ANYTHING I need. Would not recommend them to anyone.

  If you like your banking experience to be EXTREMELY time consuming and messed up then you will really enjoy banking at the Shawnee Branch of Capital Federal! Over an hour to do a simple transfer but the employee couldn't do it. Had to come back AGAIN the next day for the manager to finish it. A simple "sorry for the extra time you have had to spend" (and she knew beforehand the employee was not very familiar which was terrible to leave me with her) would have been nice and may have mitigated this bad review but I got nothing.
