  So it’s a holiday weekend and I shop at my new capital federal branch and I need a check signed by someone here and the cashier goes running in her high heels out to the parking lot to stop the branch manager who had just been leaving for her break and then promptly sets her car down and comes back in to sign my check I think that superb service if I ever saw it wish I could’ve got a video of the cashier running in her heels.

  Piper assisted me with opening a new checking and savings account on April 9, 2022. Despite only having two employees working and the branch being busy, Piper made me feel special and like I was the only customer in the bank. Thank you Piper! Excellent work!   I typically only go through the drive-through at 3450 N Maize. And Believe me I’m a small fish little customer but Jocelyn always knows my name. It reminds me of growing up in my small town where people respect people and know who you are. Very refreshing and reminds me of home. Thank you Cap Fed for always treating me like the richest best customer you’ve ever had. .
