      CapFed is great! I have banked here for almost 30 years. The people are great and many know me by sight. I like talking to a real person when I bank especially when I'm inside the bank, unlike a competitor of theirs in Wichita. I primarily use the Maple & West St branch for banking and the Central & Maize branch for my safety box. Capped people always make the visit enjoyable!!

      This is one of the most rudest places I have ever been too. All the females are rude and disrespectful. They really dont acknowledge me when I'm there. And when I speak to them they act like they can't here me and constantly say. What did you say. Yeah I will be changing banks cause this bank is ridiculous. How is this place even in business.
