      I was in a couple of times recently. Once to withdraw some money and another for bringing coins in to be counted and deposited. There must have been a shortage of help the day of the withdrawal because there was quite a delay in getting the cash that I wanted to withdraw But nice teller lady who waited on me kept checking with me and assured me the the money would be brought to me as soon as possible. Although it appeared that she was a recent hire, her customer relation skills were excellent.

      Awful tellers and awful service and what a horrible bank to begin with. All of a sudden charging five dollar to cash a payroll check? Since when? Why do all the other cap fed banks just give me my rightful cash when I present a payroll check? Stay away from this greedy organization.
