I was able to use my Cap Fed drive up and withdraw an amount over $2,000 in cash without any problems and without going inside the office. The Teller, Amy was very helpful and provided me with additional information I asked about on my account. This is SE 29th Street, Topeka, KS branch. Also at the SW Gage Blvd.Topeka, KS office I am so pleased with the excellent level of customer service Debi Stark provided in her role as Trust Department II Manager she simplified my entire Will and Trust execution, doing the initial contact with the attorney and guiding the process, thus saving me money and time.

Worst bank in Topeka, especially this branch. Rude terrible customer service tellers and their machinery doesn't work properly so 2 deposits and 1 change order takes over an hour! Worst bank with the worst employees. Do not recommend!!!

Been in there several times. Worst customer service ever!!! I would rather drive 20 minutes to get to another bank then go here because I will be waiting 20 minutes to cash a check anyways. Everyone in my family knows to just drive else where, the convenience of location isn’t worth the trouble you have to go thru.
