  The workers are pretty rude here, Customer service is not in the manual. If you’re a first time pawner try somewhere else tbh. The low ball is insane. I’m not sure who this response is directed to either. I think you got the wrong person, bud.

  basic kindness and customer service do not exist here. the attitudes of the employees was so completely arrogant and disrespectful. you’d think you were inside a Gucci store with how full of themselves they act. you will be treated as if you aren’t worthy to be in their presence. i left the place feeling sick to my stomach. if this place is your last resort i suggest practicing meditation beforehand in order to keep self control as you will be talked down to and disrespected.
