  The highest compliment I can pay any banking institution is that I trust them. I've done business with this bank for 30 years, and I absolutely do trust them. The staff is exceedingly helpful and courteous, as a bonus.

  This bank's online banking system is a total joke. There's always some kind of error preventing me from logging in, and I'm constantly having to update my password. Many times I can't login at all! Or, some glitch prevents me from doing some critical menial task online like updating my mortgage payee which led to a $100 late fee last month, and I'll probably get hit with a fee again this month since I'm unable to login at all to change my auto pay date for my most critical bill. I called my local bank and they said there was nothing they could do to help me over the phone and advised me to go to a branch. However, even at a branch he said that nobody would be able to access my online account in order to make any changes so... out of luck with the company I'm trusting and using to pay the bill that keeps me from being homeless. And it's not like I can just write a check and mail it in since there's already an active autopay on my account about to mail a check, which I have NO access to! This banks a dying breed. I thought it would be good to support my local small town bank but the online system's hassles have not been worth it. Please take your business somewhere reliable so you don't end up in a similar conundrum.
