I am so thankful for the help and care that Jade Johnson and Tammy Cook gave me at this bank. Never in my life have I ever been into any bank or business that has made me feel so welcomed and heard out then this bank. If your truly looking for a bank that is there to help and be there for the people and not for profit or treat you like trash just because you need help this is the right place to go! My vehicle was stolen 3 months ago and I have been stuck with out one since due to lying banks and dealerships but thankful these lady’s not only listened to me cry about my problems they went above and beyond to help me get into my new vehicle and give me the help I needed. Thank y’all so much I am forever thankful!

Very good bank, the only thing is that if you ask for a loan it takes up to a week to approve it and other banks approve it sooner

I love love this credit union 😍 ❤. They will find a way to work with people and given them a chance. Most Lubbock banks will NOT WORK with you at all. The only thing missing and needed at the credit union is a teller machine on their property in Slaton for everyday withdrawals. The STAFF is EXTRA ORDINARY and PROFESSIONAL. A person is treated like FAMILY. NEVER a judgment of your financial status. Not too say, anything bad about this company, but they will not deposit most checks until the day it's due. The Lubbock banks and credit unions are disgusting. I LOVE CAPROCK SANTA FE CREDIT UNION HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!!!
