  Ok what do I say. I've had so many issues with this bank. I constantly have my card declined for "anti-fraud" reasons. Today, I accidentally put the wrong pin in TWICE and had my card put on fraud alert and I could not use it. A month ago, I tried to get gas. A simple purchase, gas. I had my card declined. Made a long phone call, the representative told me I can use my card again. I try to get gas. Declined. Call Capstone again, and then I'm told I used my card too many times. Oh really I use my card one more time, and that's "too many times" and then they have the nerve to tell me they don't know how many times is too many so they can't give me a max number of times I can use my card before it gets on fraud alert and declined. Am I being unreasonable? I wanted to give 1 star but I don't know if I'm being mean so I just gave four stars.

  I am sorry to hear you are having so much trouble using your card. We do have a fraud monitoring service that does look at card usage. Once on this list it does have to be removed, by us or a call back from you. The card will allow 3 attempts before it locks you out for 24 hours. Call us at 949-716-5746 and we can unblock it or give you information on how to change your PIN. We apologize for your frustrations, as we do try to prevent unauthorized use for our cardholders.
