  The lady that was the manager is no longer there. Rhonda (the manager now), Brittany and Tara are very friendly. Give them a call, they take application's over the phone

  Capstone Finance do not value their customers personal business. I was at Capstone Finance to pay on a bill and I over heard one of the FEMALE customer service representive, Dan.., be rude to another customer over the telephone. I'm not trying to embarrass you that's the reason I didn't spell your whole name, but you know who you are. I'm just speaking the truth. You are very unprofessional at times to customers on the phone and sometimes you would just say things aloud even when you are not on the phone. Another young lady works their as well as a man, I don't know their names. They are very professional at all times. You should learn from them. Keep up the good work yall! Dan... everyone doesn't need to know other customers business. I'm pretty sure your company has helped a lot of people but please value their personal business.
