      If I could give no stars I would,this is specifically twords evlan she treated me as if I couldn't afford the property I was applying for I think that was very unprofessional of her I provided all my information and met all capstone's requirements just for them to say the owner wanted to see my account in good standing, Never has anyone asked to see that especially withy landlord saying Ive been a good tenant paying on time the past 2 years and I provided more than enough income with no negative on my background or credit.

      Ed and Evan and the team are the best. My house was a rental with them for 8 years and just last month it sold. Ed walked me through everything with patience and knowledge of the market. He calmed my nerves when I was less than confident with the buyer's Title Company. Thanks to all.
