      Rude staff!! My husband was to close on the sale of property today the buyer hired Capstone to do the closing. He was not notified that the seller backed out. His real estate agent was notified 30 minutes before closing. They refused to provide any explanation (said they didn't have to tell him because they work for the buyer)as to why the buyer backed out and tried to force my husband in to signing a release of earnest money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
