  This is the most disorganized title company I have ever dealt with. I have bought several homes over the years and have had every closing go smooth until my most recent one with Capstone. The date changed a couple of times and once, we were told we may be closing with very few hours notice. We get to the closing and it is at an empty real estate office that is locked. After it is unlocked, they have the buyers of my home go individually to sign their paperwork while we wait at least 30 minutes. We finally go in (about 2pm) and sign our paperwork while they made the buyers wait. There was a mixup with some of the paperwork and they did not send it correctly the first time delaying everything. Then, we finish our signing and had to wait for funding. As we wait, Stephanie from Capstone says she is on a time crunch and leaves. In the meantime, we are still waiting until we just get told we can go and get the keys to our new place, even though funding hasn't happened at that point. The coup de grace is that some of my debt was being paid off, almost always taken care of the by the title company. Instead, they overnight the checks to us. This was a pathetic close all around.
