      The level of incompentence from sales, finance, service, and billing is incomprehensible to me. The vehicle we purchased has had nothing but issues since driving it off the lot. To the point where I never even bothered going back to get work done on it when told twice "it's a used car...things happen.". The final straw was paying the car off early, and them reporting it as a negative with the credit bureaus because I "didn't adhere to my payment contract". Lawsuit forthcoming. Stay tuned, folks.
