My fiance and I stopped by here I asked questions relating to if she would be approved, gave a little info was told "yes I can get her approved" by I believe he said his name is Eric but when you call you get a automated answering service and says Derrick. So he says he got her approved at 23 point something percent $275.00 a month on a 7,500 dollar vehicle and he says he going to try and get it lowered and said he only needs certain documents she gets them and presents them. Then the lenders call her and ask question that have nothing to do with getting approved for a loan. Derrick was suppose to get back to her she didn't receive a call she called him, he said that he was with a client and he would get back to her sadly she didn't receive a call. Eric aka Derrick ran her credit without consent and she received a hard hit on grefit report whichh reduced her credit by 38 points when he was only suppose to get her prequalified which isn't against your credit. High mileage late model vehicles at rediculous prices. The personnel lie have you sitting around wasting time will deal with only high percentage lenders. It was an overall horrible most terrible experience. Next stop is BBB. Possible legal action.
