  Ali went above and beyond with everything, I could not have expected better. Everything looked and sounded great on the truck, however, the very next day after I purchased the vehicle, it started leaking engine coolant. When I told Ali it was leaking coolant, he immediately insisted on bringing the vehicle back and having his mechanic take a look at it. At no extra cost or hassle, Ali had the leak fixed within two days of purchasing the truck. It turned out to only be a bad Thermostat Housing and there was nothing major wrong with the truck. I’d highly recommend CarPlus Finance.

  Every truck on this lot is immaculate, inside and out. They spare nothing to get them looking virtually showroom-new. He sells only 1st-rate used trucks and has the Car Faxes show that. I test drove two trucks and both ran beautifully. One thing: You will pay premium pricing on the vehicles and they would not budge on the price at all - BUT - I could not find anything close to the 2011 Ford Ranger I bought anywhere in SoCal. Yes, there are are many '11 Rangers out there but what I found over a three-week search was that nothing out there compared to what they had. Give them a try. They specialize in Tacoma's and have a great selection.

  I visited Cars Plus Finance today to purchase a 2012 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4wd in dark grey. I was prepared to make a purchase, however, the sales representative said that he would not allow me to test drive a car until we checked my credit to see if I was approved for finance. I did not feel comfortable running a credit check for a car that I have not driven. I get that we are living in different times due to COVID-19, but the other car lot that I had visited that day made no mention of needing to run my credit before a test drive? The sales person was not very helpful and not very friendly. What happened to good customer service and trying to give customers a great experience? I wish the sales person would have been nicer because I loved the 4Runner and would have definitely made a purchase today.
