If I could give them 10 STARS I WOULD! First of all, let me start by saying THANK YOU TOO ADRIAN MY MAIN MAN! ADRIAN, Mark and JESUS for making my daughter the Happiest young lady today! I felt so defeated today. I was losing all hope of ever getting my daughter a good car again. She was recently In an accident and her car was totaled! Thank God she’s alive and well! We came to Carpros Honda and ADRIAN HAD ME TEARS! The BIG 3 I call em! They got my daughter into a GREAT used 2016 HRV that was affordable to our budget! After so many dealerships did us so dirty, HONDA CAME THROUGH FOR US! You guys truly stand by your slogan!!! Integrity at its finest! I’ll be back for mines in a few years! All I gotta say is GO GET YOU A CAR! They will HELP YOU! GOD BLESS YOU ADRIAN AND THE HOME TEAM! Not to mention it’s CERTIFIED! 🙏🏾🔥🔥

Don’t ask for Adrian or his manager Peter because they will bait and switch you. I contracted with them and put a deposit down and they told me my car would be ordered in 3-4 weeks and to not keep shopping. Adrian was not responsive or transparent throughout the process and my car never came and he blamed it on Honda. Now they don’t make the car anymore and I’m back to square one. Ridiculous and huge waste of time. I wish I could give zero stars.

Tony Aguilar is the wonderful salesman, the moment I decided to Buy new car started conversation through email and I liked his way of communication which made me to travel 30+ miles away from my place though I have had few dealers around here, When we stepped into Car Pros Honda dealership. he escorted us and offered us water, was very friendly and patient to explain us every detail of the car CR-V EX. and was able to learn features while driving and with some amazing tips and tricks with Keys to use in case of emergencies, he has abundant technical knowledge. But if you want to ever visit this dealership, please ask for him and he will ensure all your queries answered with honesty and of course with his wonderful smile. unfortunately, wasn't able to complete the new car deal due to some miscommunications. But do visit this dealership, you might find good deal.
