The woman who runs this office is absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. This on top of the fact that the company overall is such an incredible rip off that does nothing but prey upon the misfortunes of people who are financially struggling. I’m very glad to see they recently shut down. There’s a reason why this type of establishment is illegal in most states.
