  This is my story: This is the worse experience of my life. Don't matter what you are going through please be aware. I made the desperate mistake of taking out a title loan with this company, I got sick, lost my income. I tried to settle with this company after borrowing 10,000 from them they refuse to settle or care about my situation, they said I own them 3 times the amount that I borrowed, even though I already paid them back over 10,000 in just interest. They said the are very upfront and clear about the loan, but I feel like they took advantage of me in my desperate hour and after giving them my income information they new that I would fail on the loan and they would be able to take my car which at the time was wort more then 5 times the loan. they even encourage me to get other loan with other car with them of which i did, and to get out of it I sold that car. But now the my only car left which they hold the title is now wort less then 40,000 so they will make 3/4 times of the 10.000 I borrow from them. they owner has been very cold and told me that he don't care about my situation, when i asked him if Its ok for me to go ahead and sell my car which is my only car, and pay him the 10,00 along with a settle offer, he said, no i own him my entire car. I live in FL and this loan was obtain in GA. I give them my military dependent income at the time and according to their rules, you should have enough income and they knew i did not. This is a sad situation. I wish i did not get involved with this company. Be careful military dependents who live on fix income in Florida. Florida do not have these loans these 300%/400% title loans

  Loan sharks. Run don't do it. Scams. The will call you any hour day or night to get you into their trap, especially if you have a nice car. Very crooked business.

  We do not proactively contact potential customers for loans. I am sorry for your experience. We are not a scam. Everything regarding the process is explained prior to funding.
