  Cynthia and her team were great to work with. There was constant communication so we would understand exactly where we were in the process. Thanks again for everything, was a very stress free experience! =)

  This company changed their name from Alterra home loans to Cardinal!!! What a joke.. they are still the same crooks that sweep the dirt under their carpets. And allow back door dealings to happen with the customers credit files!! No apologies, no remorse, no accountability whatsoever for their I LL willed practices Amy Romero Buyers BE WARE !! Oh and ALL the 5 stars are The Employees trying to avoid losing customers do to their negligence. This place needs to be investigated and closed down!! I have my written proof of their poor handling of my documentation. Gossiping vultures. Go elsewhere if you can.. Do not be desperate or lazy not to look around for the best place !! This is NOT it.. Start your Year off with a Clean conscience..,

  Terrible. I’m stating to think it’s a scam. Started the process in March and I’m still waiting for the refinance process to clear. There is a lack in communication and it takes a couple days for me to get a call back after leaving a voicemail.
