  What a joke! My assigned agent had absolutely no idea about the loan process. It was up to me and my experience to double check his work and find his mistakes. Potential thousands of $$$ I found when double checking the documents prior to signing. Fees that were not applicable to me where included in the settlement agreement and needed to be corrected on day of settlement. Settlement papers were not up to date on date of closing. Company they recommended for settlement really dropped the ball (didn't actually pay my loan off causing potential damage to my credit. Only after I double checked with my mortgage company did I find this was true, what a nightmare!) I had to fight the whole way to keep my loan on track. Not a stress free process with them at all. While my agent was responsive, his lack of industry knowledge and overall understanding of the process was disappointing. Find a different firm you are looking to refi or buy your home.

  The entire staff was super friendly and professional,especially John Madeira he was with me from the start of my 2 year process. Walking me through everything I needed to do step by step,encouraged me to never give up,and was so patient when I would get frustrated or contact him a million times a day especially the last week. I can't say thanks enough and have already recommended him to a few people.
