  FRAUD ALERT, BUYER BEWARE: For whatever reason their practices changed over the last year. As a loyal customer with 2 other loans paid off, I applied for another loan. Of course was approved. Issued a check denied by my bank, walmart, and bbva the issuing bank, all citing fraud. Went back to get another check issued to only have it happen again. I was treated like a crook trying to cash a bad check. Got my title back after having the cash put in my hands by the care cash employee. She called to report after giving me the money and took back the cash. FRAUD ALERT!!!! Don't waste your time. I will be reporting to BBB.

  Care Cash Express takes reviews and complaints very seriously and we have completed a thorough investigation of the transaction related to Jennifer Spacek and we find that this fraud claim is totally false. Ms Spacek was issued a check for a new loan 03/14, the check was valid and contained no errors and could have been cashed if it had been handled properly by Ms. Spacek. A separate check cashing business refused to negotiate the check for her because it had been mis-handled and had an incorrect endorsement. Ms. Spacek returned that check to us on 03/16 and we issued her a second check, which again was a valid check that contained no errors, and again Ms. Spacek endorsed the back of that check before she was in the presence of the check cashing agent and they again refused to cash the check for her. She stated in our store that the check cashing agent had accused her of attempting fraud by signing the check ahead of time, not that there was any issue with the actual check. She again returned that check to us and demanded that we give her cash instead of a third check. Our policy is to not issue cash for new loans for the safety and protection of our employees and we have no plans to change our policy at this time. At no time was Ms. Spacek treated with anything but professionalism and courtesy. At no time did any Care Cash Express employee accuse her of fraud or issue her a check that was not negotiable. We are sincerely sorry that Ms. Spacek could not get either of her checks cashed.
