2722 W Bitters office. We were put in a room and waited 30 minutes after our appointment till they even brought our papers in for signing. After signing, we waited over an hour for keys. This is our 5th house we've bought. We've never had to wait for keys after signing.

BE AWARE!!!!! For the office in San Antonio on W. Bitters St. This is the worst experience I have gone through. I don't know what kind of business the two women that work there are running but today I went in and they gave me someone else's commission check I went back to return it and the secretary or assistant told me, they didn't have my commission check so I could just close the door and leave because they did not need our business. It was very unprofessional and I will never do business with them or bring them business.

Worst title company I've ever dealt with! From the greeting at the door with myself and my clients on closing day, the staff was rude and seemed like they couldn't care less about the customer. They made my clients wait 3 hours until they received their keys and didn't seem to care about it. They made very little attempt to rectify anything with the lender. At least they named themselves accordingly...Care Free definitely fits them because they don't seem to care at all.
