  Farhia was most efficient, outstanding and personable. She got me in and out within an hour. she understood what I was wanting and was most honest about the prices in my price range in regards to my own budget. I highly recommend her as your next sale person here!

  Great customer service in sales. Very poor quality vehicles! Farhia worked hard to help us get into a car. They were busy at the site and they still managed everyone quickly and with stellar customer service! With that being said. The first vehicle we purchased began overheating in the first couple days. Likely bad heater core. Returned that vehicle and the second one (from Maplewood location) had a flat tire that needed repair, bent stabilizer bar and bad catalytic converter. None of which the Car Hop warranty will cover. If you test drive their vehicles take it to a mechanic to check for you otherwise you are locked into a high interest loan with massive auto repair expenses on top of it.

  You hear the stories about how they sell vehicles that are trash but I fell victim to one of them myself... Smh
