      I am extremely pleased with my experience with Carl when buying my first home. He was patient with me and was able to break down everything in layman's terms as I'm not very literate in mortgage financing. As a great bonus, he was able to save me quite a bit of money on my closing costs! 10/10 would recommend to anyone buying or refinancing a home!
