Alex and Greg at Carlson Mortgage were incredible throughout our process of buying a home. For the first offer we made, we really weren't prepared, but they were able to get us pre-approved for a loan in less than 24 hours--on a Sunday, no less. In general, as a first-time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing, and their expertise, patience, and kindness was so helpful. Alex would regularly take the time to explain things to me to ensure I understood. They were incredibly personal and always quick to respond.
