  I have a variable rate mortgage and was interested in my refinancing options (espeically with the historically low rates) I talked to Carmen as well as another business owner I know about my options. Even though the other person's rates were slightly lower, after talking through the difference between APR and rates, and points and closing costs and a whole slew of other things that at first were over my head, the refinance through Carmen was the better choice. Even if it had been smarter to go the other route the fact that she took the time to explain the ins and outs of Mortgage Finance to me, (and to do so in a way that was very understandable) spoke to the care that she puts into actually helping people make a good decision> She is all about education, not just "selling a product, or making a buck" With a home purchase or in my case refinance being such a huge and important thing, the care she took with me, (just 1 little client) was amazing. Great Customer Service and Knowledge and I highly recommend her!

  I had the privilege of hearing a presentation Carmen gave on the lending progress for homebuyers. Carmen's presentation was informative and has a customer focused approach . I really like how Carmen helps her customers focus on their long term goals, and which loan works best for them and their financial future. She spends a lot of time with her customers looking at their current finances, analyzing different loan options and scenarios, and helps the client decide which loan works best for them.Many lenders don't even have those conversations with their customers. She made the lending process easy to understand for me. I wish I had heard her presentation when I bought my first home. Carmen has spent thousands of dollars on continuing education to be able to support her customers with the home buying process.She truly cares about her customers and wants the best for them and their families as they make their biggest financial purchase. I highly recommend working with Carmen. I look forward to working with her on my next home purchase.
