      Mistakes happen, its how those mistakes are resolved that tells you about the company you are working with. I recently had the pleasure of setting up a loan with Nick McGlamery through Carolina Farm Credit. The entire process from pre approval to closing was as streamlined as any real estate deal I have closed with any other company. After closing there was a mistake with my loan. I reached out to Nick, and within a day the problem was addressed and rectified. After that I received a hand written apology in the mail and a small gift for my troubles. Although the gift was absolutely not needed, I was already happy with their quick response, it was a symbol of the type of company they are.       This is an awesome bank to use!! We worked with two different people during our process to buy land and get a construction loan. They were both easy to work with and very knowledgeable and helpful. It didn't seem "corporate" like other banks we have used. We will definitely use them in the future! Thanks Carolina Farm Credit.
