      Peggy Broach is a solid businesswoman with an exceptional work ethic. She clearly knows her profession. We first met Peggy in 2018 when we shared with her our plan to purchase a beautiful piece of acreage we found in Yadkin County to build a house. We wanted to finance both the land purchase and the new home construction. She was open and honest about everything we needed to do to make it happen. She never promised anything she couldn’t deliver and always kept us informed each step of the way. She offered valuable advice when it came time to work with our builder and she made sure to always advocate for us. Peggy is insightful, knowledgeable, experienced, and a true professional!

      We received excellent service at Carolina Farm Credit! Everyone went above and beyond to assist my husband and I with the financing for the construction of our new home! Our loan officer Peggy Broach was amazing! She was there to help me every step of the way. I always knew she was just a phone call away! They truly make you feel like family at Carolina Farm Credit.       After securing a builder for our "forever home", we contacted Peggy Broach for financing. With my husband being out of town for a long term job, she made our construction loan process a flawless online experience following a face to face confirmation.
