      I had rented a house in melrose from Alice Thompson a partner of Carolina one realty she had guys come repair mold damage they blocked half of our house off brought heat fans in ran our power bill up to 405$ she agreed to pay it for the inconvenience then when I called to ask her why I have sce&g calling two months later she followed with a rude remark and hungup in my face. Wolf in sheep's clothing don't let her sweet demeanor fool you she played us like a fiddle . When you pay 1600$ a month for a house you expect your landlord to do as they say. On top of that she said I owe her rent money . Don't waist your time with this company there's so many wonderful realty companies in charleston .

      Completely unprofessional agents! Took forever to respond and deal with only to find out she was representing a client who lied about their status as a Veteran. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
