If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. Kathy at the Little River branch was less than pleasant to deal with. This place is a joke!

Very rude teller. Will not go back to the Little river branch . 1602 hwy 17 again. I was really surprised with the attitude of that one person. Ladder today I was contacted from another office from Carolina Federal trust. The representative expressed there concerns. I thought that I was going to get ( I am sorry this happened and that would be the end of it).But they went much further and was willing to do whatever it took for me to be satisfied. It made me feel a lot better that they were really concerned and would do anything they could to make me happy. It is amazing what the actions of what one employee can do to make a problem then another one have to work so hard to correct things.
