      I was happy with my first agent until she up and quit the company without a word. Her replacement was meh. Didn't even tell me she was the replacement. I thought she must have been from the title company or bank or something. They didn't bother to attend the closing across the street or answer an important question I had just before. Don't waste your time trying to get in touch with anyone here on a weekend or banker's holiday. Not a word since the closing either. I don't even know who to call if I have a question. Luckily the bank has good service.
