      I’m not too sure why this company received so many 1star. I came from Chase and after Chase made 13 verifiable mistakes one of which they wrote us a 20 plus page apology for I have nothing but pretty good service with Carrington. They made one mistake with in the time we were with them and it was easily corrected. I will say it could have lead into a huge mistake, but I guess because it was corrected with such great customer service, and the problem was corrected in a timely manner I still have to give them 5⭐️‘S … KUDOS✨✨ TO SAMANTHA🌈 IN LOSS DRAFT WHO WENT FAR AND BETWEEN! HER LEVEL OF SERVICE IS AN EXAMPLE OF HOW PEOPLE SHOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO GIVE THEM JOB SECURITY.

      If I could give zero stars I would! This is the most unprofessional and unorganized operation that has been manipulating properties right out of the hands of individuals in communities... They don’t update made payments on time yet if you are late it goes directly on your credit. Disgusting

      • I have been trying to find out the exact date by when Carrington will be paying off my Real Estate Tax in 2021 • I reached out to the Tax Team 3 weeks ago and was told it would be paid W/C 25th October • As no payment had been made, I called again on 29th October • I waited 45mn on the line only to be told that Carrington had only just received the electronic Tax Invoice and had no way of knowing when payment would be made. • This is not acceptable • Time to refinance
